Cleveland Heights police accused a drunk man of disorderly conduct. The man angered his neighbor’s dog and then mocked the neighbor with swearing.

At 1:25 am on October 30, the police were called into a house. A woman said that her husband had physically assaulted her, and then left in a pickup truck.

While at home, the police learned of a car accident involving a pickup truck nearby. After investigation, the police learned that the truck driver was the woman's husband.

The man denied beating his wife, but was still arrested. When the man was walking towards a police car, three cars stopped at the scene and four young men got out of the car.

The man told the police that all four of them had guns and they were his wife’s sons. The sons ran to the man, and the two police officers present told them to stop. The sons tried to physically attack the handcuffed man, and two police officers fought the attackers to prevent them from doing so.

When the sons clenched their fists and yelled, the police called for help via radio and ran to them and the suspect. All along, the suspects shouted that the police would draw their guns because the attackers had weapons.

About a minute later, as more police arrived, the four suspects drove away in their cars. The arriving police tried to find them, but were unable to find them immediately. It was soon learned that the sons had returned to their home on Elbon Road.

Their mothers had bruises on their neck, forehead, cheeks and lips, and there was dried blood in these areas.

When the police returned home, the woman was hiding behind the garage.

The police learned that the woman and her husband had just returned home from the party and quarreled in the car after returning home. The woman said that the man punched her and told her he would kill her.

The woman told the police that she got out of the car and tried to escape, but her husband caught her and pinched her until she almost fainted.

The police charged her husband with domestic violence and assault. Because the police successfully protected him, he did not need medical treatment.

The woman's son-none of the arrested man's son-was accused of disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice.

Misconduct: St Albans Road

At 9:20 pm on October 29, the police were called to a family due to a dispute between neighbors. At home, the police officer talked to a married couple and was told that a male neighbor living outside the two doors had a problem with the couple's dog.

On this day, when the couple were sitting in their house, they heard a loud noise coming from the front door. Replied and found no one at the door. Next, they heard their dog barking in the backyard.

Looking outside, the couple saw that their neighbor was provoking their dog. Neighbors then mocked the couple and used profanity, and the couple videotaped his behavior. Then the neighbor continued to use his house and the house between the couple while continuing to use profanity. The neighbor said he didn't care if the couple called the police.

The officials talked to the neighbors, and the neighbors smelled of alcohol. The police took the man away from the scene and accused him of disorderly conduct.

At 8:20 pm on October 29, the police were sent to Bodega, 1854 Coventry Road, and a drunk man refused to leave the restaurant. The police arrived and found the shopkeeper supporting a drunk man in an alley outside the shop.

The owner told the police that the man worked for him, drank too much, and refused to leave the restaurant. The drunk had no job at the time and should not be in the restaurant. When asked to identify himself, the drunkard stated that he did not have an ID card and that he was "illegal."

The man told the police that he lived in a restaurant, but when told that he was working there instead of living there, the man said he had nowhere to go and no one came to pick him up.

The police arrested the man for disorderly conduct and found his ID card when patted him. Prior to this, the police did not know his identity.

In prison, the man quarreled with police officers and refused to take photos or take fingerprints. The man asked for a cigarette and tried to negotiate with the police about the police officer’s medical questions.

The police put the man in the drug rehabilitation room, and a few hours later, at 4 am, the booking process was finally completed. At that time, the man said that he did not remember what he did the night before.

At 9:55 pm on October 29, the police were called to the Modern Edge Salon at 2265 Lee Road, where a woman rioted with her daughter's father. When the police arrived, the man had left the scene by car.

The woman told the police that the man had come to pick up his 4-year-old daughter, but when the little girl learned that she was going with her father, she cried. The man became angry and left for 10 minutes.

He came back and grabbed the girl. The woman took her daughter back, but the man pinched the woman with one hand and pushed her to the ground. Before hitting her in the face, the man yelled at the woman.

The man even took the woman's mobile phone and threw it out, smashing the screen. He was then driven out of the company by other women present.

The police saw the woman with a bruise on her knee, but could not see the lip injury she said.

When the police were on the scene, the 4-year-old girl walked up to a police officer and told him that her father had beaten her mother.

The woman signed a complaint against the man for domestic violence, assault and child endangerment. She also sought a protection order. The police are now looking for the man.
